Incorporation of Hong Kong Limited Companies
General Requirements
- At least one shareholder
- At least one director who is over 18 years old
- A resident company or individual taking the position of company secretary of the company
- Must maintain a registered office in Hong Kong
- Chinese and English names: or single Chinese or English name of the company
- Copies of identity cards or passports of shareholders and directors
- Registered address of the company in Hong Kong. If unavailable, we can provide one for you.
- Copy of the identity card of the resident company secretary. In case that the resident secretary is a company, a copy of certificate of incorporation and business registration certificate shall be provided. If unavailable, we can provided one for you .
- Registration of a limited liability company requires 2 days or so
- Purchasing a shelf company requires 2 days or so
